The goal of this writing is to provide nuggets of truth and inspiration to many who are suffering from hopelessness, a lack of purpose, or simple spiritual fatigue. I want to remind you that God has a desire for you. Not only a desire for you to emulate Him, but a desire simply to be engrossed within intimate relationship with Him. Relationships are cultivated through time. Quality time where ideas and emotions are shared is needed in order for any type of relationship to really flourish and our relationship with our Lord is no different. Thus what the author proposes to do with this small collection of thoughts is lead you on a journey to spend more time with our Lord, considering who He is, what He has accomplished for you, and what He desires to see in you. A word of caution is necessary for some who will take a quick glance at the format of this book and say oh it's just another devotional. If that's your perception from the start then for you it will be "just another" devotional. Yet, if you read each page with an intention of drawing closer to your Lord; you will do just that.
