Around 1400 B.C. Yahweh, the Great 'I AM', led the Israelites into the Sinai Desert by the hand of His servant Moses. It was at this time that Yahweh visited His people with great signs and wonders, and handed them His Commandments carved on two stone tablets. Millenlia later this story has weaved itself into the psyche and fabric of generations of human beings around the world. But did it really happen, and if so, would it be possible to visit this holy site today - and perhaps encounter God in the same way? After a family tragedy rocks Yitzhak's faith to its core, he undertakes a journey into the desert with his Muslim friend Yusuf, in search of the sacred mountain where God appeared to Moses and the Israelites thousands of years earlier. What starts off as a quest for answers leads the two friends into an encounter that changes both their lives forever. Does God still meet with man face to face?
