Trap Line

A Korean War veteran purchases a trap line deep in the Alaskan wilderness. After a successful first year of braving the harsh conditions, which includes taking in a mysterious young woman, his nagging war wounds force him to return to the public sector. He then leases the trap line to a series of colorful individuals who survive a multitude of harrowing adventures. From a bear attack that forces a young man to seek refuge in a tree, to the moose attack on a young woman while gathering kindling, to a "town kid" who survives two falls through thin ice, the unpredictable Alaskan wilderness makes its brutal presence known on a daily basis.
