This is not a conventional book about vision but a vision of how God sees, how he sees the world, our circumstances, society and each one of us and how he intends that we view him, the world around us and ourselves. We all live in a world that is devoid of consensus about the most important things in life. Not even Christians can agree on the nature of God, his character, his preferences, principles and will for our lives. Not everyone can have the right answer concerning his or her position about God. The lack of an accurate view of God and especially of how he sees and how he intends us to see, tremendously compromises the effectiveness of Christians and their work as his coworkers on the earth as well as the health of the human soul. Visions of glory is an invitation to those who possess a deep-rooted conviction that God is good and willing to lead his people to fulfillment and significance.
