Would you kill someone over a TV show? D.S. Frankie Greenhalgh is horrified to discover that her plans for a romantic weekend in Scotland are disrupted by a group of fans gathered for a Sci-Fi convention to celebrate their love of "Doctor Who". But when the organiser is murdered, she finds out that even the most hardline fans may be prepared to kill to protect the programme they love. Meanwhile in London, her colleagues in elite police unit "Unlucky 13" continue their investigation into celebrities accused of misusing their fame to abuse the public...
