The Fitness Devotional: Volume 3

The space between the first volume and this third volume seems like a lifetime to me, even though all three of these volumes were written in the calendar space of approximately one year. The first volume was formatted as a short daily devotional. The volumes that came after retained this formatting, however, each daily reading became longer starting with the second volume. It was during the review process of the second volume that the best way to read volumes two and three became clear to me. I found to save time I was skimming over the dates and the Scripture references while proof reading the draft copies. To be sure the dates and references are important, but it was marvelous to feed on the Word without the fillers. Truly, I am the un-muzzled ox that treads out the grain, and may all who read these books come to see and taste that the Lord is good.Soli Deo Gloria
