The Smile Ambassadors: A Novel For All Humans

Turtles are well known for their oral tradition, but now, for the first time, one of their stories has finally made it to print. Zack and Mack, a real, and rare, two-headed Red-Eared Slider, entertains us with a tome suitable for all humans. The adventure begins as Zack and Mack escape out the front door, make their way across the street and into the local creek. Their owners, including little seven-year-old Constance, search in vain for the missing turtle. Soon, the local media is brought aboard to help in the search for the rare turtle and from there events spin into the surreal. Constance keeps searching for "the boys," and finds them taking part in a turtle race at a Sideshow at the Maytown Fair. Normalcy is not to be for Constance and her family as the President of the United States wants Zack and Mack to undertake a mission to bring smiles to the world. Hop-scotching around the globe, the boys turn on the charm. Zack and Mack's engaging smile has a certain affect on humans; maybe it is a power that needs to be harnessed. Zack and Mack and Constance make friends around the world. Meet the Queen of England's Royal Turtle, Henry. Learn of the insidious plot by The Potentate. Experience the climatic crash, tumble and heart thumping action of full-on turtle racing. Who will win? Can friendships withstand the thrill of competition? Is it possible for turtles to communicate or even strategize? Do Zack and Mack have special powers? Read the book to find out! Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, this story is designed to create a mental image of turtles that you will never forget; it will also give you cause to smile.
