Charley born may 27, 1945 and raised in small communities of coal camps through out southern Boone county West Virginia, with him having to walk great distances to school in the Appalachian mountain regions always testing his ability to overcome his trials and tribulations of the area in which he lived and had to endure circumstances of his learning experiences, some being pleasant and some down right scary.
