This is a book for children who want to learn about Reiki. This book is not just any book--it is a description and illustrated effort to explain this type of energy work to children. The Introduction and Afterword are geared towards the parents who are buying this book--so be advised that if you do not want your child to learn this then do not buy the book. This is written for the purpose to educate and guide young people, but more importantly it is a simple introduction to Reiki; with many vibrant illustrations to capture their attention . Children are interested in learning new things. This is a method of "energy healing" but also exploration of our inner and outer senses. Reiki is not a religion, and is not described as such. It is simply put: a way of life.To teach our children positive methods for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual growth is crucial for their future. To learn as we grow about something so spectacular and mysterious as Reiki--will keep those tiny hearts wanting to understand more. Imagine a world filled with Reiki Masters one day--imagine that they started out as children. A remarkable thought and vision for our worlds future!Chantal Cash and Beatrice Cash are a mother and daughter team--they both are Reiki Masters and enjoy this healing modality by expressing themselves through the arts, writing, and other areas of creativity. Reiki is something you must experience to understand.Namaste and many blessings
