USAF Statistical Digest 2008

The United States Air Force Statistical Digest has been published each year since 1948. It is the longest running continuing publication in the Air Force having first appeared one year after the Air Force was formed as a separate service. Individuals requiring a historical description of Air Force resources, organizations, and activities have found each issue an invaluable addition to their reference sources.We welcome your comments and suggestions for improvement of future issues. Suggested new topics and/or different data arrays will be seriously considered. This is your publication - we want to make it as useful as possible. The FY 2008 Statistical Digest should be available on the AF portal in the late Winter of 2009. Please note that some of the comparable data for identical time periods in this year's edition may differ from those in previous editions. This is because of updates to prior years' actuals and a thorough revisit to all cited original sources.
