This is a tale about four kings and four kingdoms who rule in the earth. King Obese, King Lean and King Health must join forces and become one in order to stand against the dreadful, wicked King Infirmity. King Obese is a large man whose lifestyle consists of excessive eating and no exercise. King Lean is slim and tall, and lacks proper nutrition and exercise. King Health is the balance between King Obese and King Lean. King Infirmity is the king of sickness and disease who is out to do harm to those who are not prepared. This story is not meant to put down those who are big or slim. You can be big and slim and still be healthy and strong. This story is to teach us how to live a healthier lifestyle and how to have victory over the wicked and evil King Infirmity in our lives.
