The leaders of fifty should bring a conventional or nonconventional form of speculative thinking to their style of guidance. Along with a healthy respect for schools and colleges, the leaders of fifty must encourage their associates and constituents to become well-read. Over and above theoretical rather than practical, the leaders of fifty must have the ability to mesh supposition with hands-on occurrences. The leaders of fifty shall have a clearly defined grasp of buying and selling of commodities. The leaders of fifty must also instill among their constituents commerce as more than a means to individual accumulations; moreover, a broader avenue to a collective wellness and wholeness. By education and training, the leaders of fifty must overcome any challenge in the development of a fresh indoctrination directly related to customary beliefs, social forms, and political configurations. In addition, the leaders of fifty shall have the responsibility to introduce new viewpoints that will include material traits of a racial, religious, or social. The leaders of fifty will have to confront the necessity of helping to guide a constituency through the competition between groups or individuals for power and leadership. It has become imperative for the leaders of fifty to decipher the message of political opinions. The extent of political affairs have found a decisive presence in business and social establishments. The leaders of fifty must recognize the variant companionships that exists and there interconnectedness. The leaders of fifty shall face the task of introducing to a constituency an ideology and a philosophy with original concepts. This can contrast with a voluntary association of persons, even though they may seek for common ends. The leaders of fifty must walk by faith in a convinced conscious of a theory or system of theology. They should have internalized a doctrinal position devoid of political correctness. The leaders of fifty must be able to balance, but not merge philosophy and theology. The two do not have to end in fusion to find practical application. The leaders of fifty should never compromise their spiritual beliefs as they broaden their knowledge base. Due to the higher summon to plead another's cause, the leaders of fifty cannot retain any selfishness. The leaders of fifty must understand the need for intense preparation as required to plead the importance of a proposal.
