Remarkably, within four centuries, He won the allegiance and devotion of King and peasant, rich and poor, learned and illiterate alike. For more than two thousand years, He has made reunion with God possible for tens of millions of people around the world and in the process has produced holy and heavenly individuals who are "Salt of the earth". Emperors of Rome left no stone unturned with ruthless power, unjust policies, and horrible oppression to obliterate His teaching and movement. Ironically, they were dead and gone, but His teaching and movement continued to gain following and enlighten the hearts and minds of millions of people. Many leaders and Kings relentlessly conspired against His message, but it would not bow before them and always emerged miraculously victorious.
