More Than That

Have you ever played that game where you take turns telling the other person how much you love them, while also trying to one-up them in the process? "I love you more than the ocean!" "Well, I Love you more than the moon!" "And I love you more than all the stars in the sky!" Like all my books, this one is about love. Now that my son is a little older, he's more expressive with his words and more curious about the world. For his fifth birthday I wanted to celebrate this stage of his life and commemorate our favorite quiet time game "I love you more." Throughout this story I've taken interesting bits of measurable information and compared them to my love. Colorful illustrations and cuddly critters help tell the tale and support additional learning opportunities. Even as we reach very large figures, there is still no match to the greatness of my love, leaving the final conclusion: "I love you more than that."
