When Western intelligence link an outbreak of Ebola to a new highly addictive street drug, the race is on to find who is responsible for creating this weaponised variant. Due to a flaw in the modified virus, the infection is only being contracted by those who inject the drug. The authorities quickly realise it can only be a question of time before the flaw is corrected and the deadly contagion able to spread unchecked. Since the outbreak, many agents have perished across the world in an attempt to gather intelligence about the origins of the virus. CIA agent Joe Adams is one of many sent undercover to learn the location of the drug-lab responsible. Joe works his passage on a transport ship in the South China Sea, in the hope he will learn vital information. Joe's twin brother, Jack, (a Navy Seal) warns him about the risks, but Joe still accepts the mission. After leaving his ship, Joe finally locates a heavily guarded drug facility hidden in the infamous Golden Triangle, and a Navy Seal team are tasked with destroying the facility. As the body count rises, both brothers quickly become drawn into a world of deception, torture and brutal death as they battle drug traffickers and terrorists across the globe in a desperate bid to destroy all stocks of the deadly virus.
