Burger and sandwiches - this allows many options and variations. One can be playful or imaginative, conventional or extravagant and one never misses the subject so fast. In this book I focused on hot sandwiches. I know the sandwiches I created are actually not referred to as a "sandwich" because I don t use toast but buns and steaks, schnitzel and other meats with salads or vegetables and gravy. Everything should be eaten warm or lukewarm and is not just a snack but a complete main meal. The burger, that are strictly speaking also no real hamburger, can be viewed as the main meal, too.
