This book is not trying to teach your mother to suck eggs, but gives you the opportunity to look at some of the suggestions and see if these will make a difference in your life, which I truly believe they can. Alice was in wonderland but it didn't seem like that to her. When she woke up at the end of the story she became after all her wild experiences, I am sure, an ace in dealing with different people and situations.
