It is an art, includes safety measures for our patients, continuous learning, acquiring new skills, training of young anesthesiologists, and research work. Encourage each other, continuous support, learning, and advices from the senior staff for the junior staff it will be as one family, this relation makes advantages for patients safety, decreasing stress, fatigue during long working hours. Patients- anesthetist relationship, helping them, answering all patients questions, managing all their complaints, preoperative care includes reassurance, assessment. Good intraoperative management includes monitoring, adjust drug doses .postoperative care includes, and pain management care and hemodynamic parameter.
