Anderson is once again hunted by persons intent on his death. He and his wife Angela are on the run. Another man from Thailand, the son of a friend from the war, named Bill is a Thai Special Forces officer and decides to help Anderson. The senator, code name, Leupold, was the man behind the murder of his father. The three of them battle against overpowering odds to stay alive.
