When It Raynes

Rayne DuBois is a smart, beautiful, no nonsense type of woman. She works hard and does what she wants. The one thing that she doesn't want is to be like her father. She wants to be her own person, but when she tells her father she doesn't want any part of the family business, he gives her an ultimatum: go to law school or else. She chooses the 'or else' and leaves the comfort of family in D.C. to head to the big city of Atlanta. She goes back to her life in Atlanta and starts a life there. Then tragedy strikes her family, leaving her to raise a new baby alone.
