This is the story of Rico, who returned home to post - Katrina New Orleans after serving 8 years in prison. In the process, he meets a pretty fat chick, Blanca who falls deeply in love with him. She's great in bed and treats him like a king, but Rico isn't ready to settle down. He's easily influenced by the streets, friends, the drug trade, the clubs and other women, including Blanca's best friend, Jada. Rico begins having the time of his life, while the New Orleans Saints are on their Super Bowl run. He even pays for the surgery that turns Blanca into a top model. Then Rico goes to jail again, but is eventually acquitted and returns with a change of heart. He's ready to be in a serious relationship with Blanca, but now the tables have turned.
