A long serving Detective Sergeant with the Metropolitan Police suddenly finds himself the recipient of a very generous divorce settlement. Totally disillusioned by ever increasing red tape and the rights! of villains seemingly taking precedence over their victims, he decides to use his new income to bring the bad b......s to justice.
