Spiritual Warfare: Satan's Warfare Against God's Character

As Jesus warned us, the Devil is a liar and the father of lies (John 8:44). He is a master at the art of deception. Satan knows God is too powerful for him. Therefore he has sought to sabotage God's efforts to save humanity by attacking His character.

While Moses communed with God on Mount Sinai, he asked God to show him His glory (Exodus 33:18). God revealed to him that His glory, His name, and His character are all one and the same (see Exodus 33:19-34:8).

The Devil has gone out of his way to put a dark cloud over this important truth. Even more significant, he has sought to annihilate and destroy the deepest and most profound symbol of God's character- His law.

The Devil has also created great confusion over what it means to be a believer and pray in the name of Jesus. Satan knows there is great power in prayer. By destroying the truth about God's character and what He wants to accomplish in our lives, he has tried to drive a wedge between us and our Creator. Exposing the Devil's vicious assault on God's character is what this book is all about.
