SYNOPSIS: Brotherly Blood: Family Over Everything Kevo and Kanduce Blood, fraternal twin brothers, a bonafide product of Newark Brick City's infamous Prince Street Projects. Losing their mother to a careless car accident and their father to a bad heroin addiction, the brothers are left to be raised by the streets and their not-much-older sister Latrice. The streets of Newark, New Jersey, and the projects proves yet again to be the worst set of foster parents in existence. Now, at thirteen years of age, the twins are no longer satisfied with the title of project have-nots. They begin to absorb the projects and everything going on around them. They plot and they plan. And due to their young resilience, they gain a grip on the dope game. For seven years, they harden themselves within a game where second place is the last place that a hustler wants to be. But success leads to a bad decision, and that bad decision brings out Kevo's sometimes uncontrollable temper. Which lands him in prison leaving his twin Kanduce out on the streets alone and against all odds. However, Kanduce keeps their hustle afloat. The one thing about a prison bid that people tend to forget is that it has a beginning and an end. When Kevo comes home, his temper has enhanced with a lock-down mentality. And his attitude has patience for no one, not even his own brother Kanduce. Kevo returns back to the streets along with two brothers, Bimbo and Jabo Fortin from New Orleans, Louisiana. Calling themselves "The Family" with plans of taking over and controling the streets of Newark, and its dope game. Fixated on murdering the two people who he holds responsible for sending him to prison in the first place, Kevo and The Family's actions cause dissension between the once close twin brothers who are now only identical in appearance... not intentions... Their brand of dope was stamped Black Jack 21. After a game of chance straight out of a Casino. And the lives that they were living were most certainly a gamble!!!
