Barracuda III, The Final Conflict

On the south coast of Japan, everything is in a state of chaos. First, the earthquake hit. Then, the ensuing tsunami-a tragedy that took countless innocent lives. Now, to make matters worse, the damaged Fukushima nuclear power plant is spilling radioactive water out to sea.
