Retired federal agent and maritime/admiralty attorney William Mackenzie "Mac" Donovan, once again finds himself on the far side of the world and embroiled in political intrigue and transnational crime. This time it is in the Crimea region of Ukraine when Russia uses dissidents to annex the region and embattle pro-democracy forces. While searching for a missing shipment of experimental arms and ammunition, Mac crosses paths with three very different beautiful women, each with her own agenda; and one of them could very well be the death of him if he is not extremely careful.
