You exist and that is the only thing, the closest thing to truth in your world. What is most powerful in knowing that you exist is that you eternally exist... your existence never ends, you never stop existing, you exist eternally and nothing can change or alter that truth. You are an eternal awareness. Focus on that truth when a worry or fear arises. The deepest core of every fear or the worry... every little sense of conflict... of all the infinite possibilities of the stories and interpretations that are behind the fear and worry... all lead to a core lie you are telling yourself that you are not safe in this world, in this body... that it is possible for something to oppose you, that other people and other things can threaten or destroy you... even God. This sense of threat comes from not knowing what you are. Being confused about what you are... experiencing yourself as separate, flawed, unworthy, and disempowered rather than the truth that you are an eternally innocent, wholly powerful, all loving divine creator... you are infinite all loving Grace.
