Christians were given the Bible by God to find comfort in his words and to see the shape of things to come. Unfortunately, some passages are difficult to interpret. Mind of God endeavors to illuminate some of these more confusing chapters of the Word of God. Elijah, a writer and scholar, outlines the many different ways God uses the Bible to communicate. There are direct passages of instruction, symbolic teachings, combinations of different scriptures, parables, and events and their timing. Elijah uses these and other methods of communication to show God's power and sovereignty. Elijah specifically highlights the prophesies of the Bible and explains how they relate to modern days. He provides an introduction to Bible times in the context of the Hebrew months and the lunar cycle. Elijah's intention is for readers to use this book to become closer to God and to understand his awesome power. The Bible is an amazing, living text that reaches out to you in myriad ways. God is communicating with you right now. Are you listening?
