Answers From Within is a tantalizing book about finding real answers to the questions and challenges plaguing many of us about work. It presents different perspectives about everything we have believed thus far about our existence on the planet. The author takes her authority from her religious exposure to the Jehovah's Witness, Catholic and Conservative Fundamentalist Christian religions; and her eventual study of metaphysics. Being very process-oriented, the book focuses intently on raising questions, allowing the reader to be introspective, and finding personal answers. It begins by framing some of the issues and challenges we face with work, through the author's experiences. Then tells how she came to the place where finding real answers was the only option. It addresses the fact that we usually don't really talk honestly about the underlying discontent associated with work, despite the fact that the confusion and frustration, is a source of pain and suffering for many. It summarizes much of the insanity surrounding the daily "rat race"; questions everything about how and why we do what we do as it relates to work; considers our ancient beliefs about work; and how we have survived as the human race into time and place. "Answers From Within" goes back "to the beginning," and tracks the root cause of many of our issues around work. It is tantalizing and provocative, because it offers alternative perspectives to practically every core belief about our existence on the planet. It takes an incisive, almost surgical look at gender, racial, and sexual preference discrimination on the planet; analyzing their historical and biblical roots, and presenting alternative options for life on the planet. All of this, in light of the fact that we have arrived at a time and place in human existence where technology has provided enough information to allow us a broader understanding of the Universe. Proposing that if we evolve beyond our previous beliefs and understanding life on the planet can be better for us all. In face of all of the questions, it presents alternative beliefs about work, and its role in our lives; information, and options that have always been available, but that we have really never understood. It expands the concept of the "Soul's Code," and presents a vision for how it is intended to work on the planet. It explains how beyond the age of technology and information, we are now moved into the age of Spiritual Evolution. Pointing to the knowledge and technology we have at hand, as the catalyst that compels us to seek answers beyond what our ancient ancestors were able to develop. Finally it takes a look at three important issues as it relates to work and our future. First, the great potential for advancement of the planet in balanced relationship between men and women. Second, what all of the new paradigm means for our children. Third, what it means for mature adults as longevity on the planet expands, as never before imagined.
