One rather long poem is entitled "America's Great Ballet" about the worldwide game of playing baseball. There is another story that explores the effect of children's bullying other children, entitled "Bib Overalls and the Fat Girl." This Volume of Poetry will appeal to all ages. Younger readers will see how an older poet views the world he has lived in for nearly 79 years. Older readers will enjoy some of the poet's tales about life in general and his deep belief in God and the wonderful afterlife that can be experienced by all. So this leaves the in between aged readers who will be able to relate to modern subjects such as "The Short Time They Are Here" about loving dogs, along with inspirational stories that include a bit of Sunrise is everyone's life. Lastly, the Author's favorite poem is one that may someday become a great country western hit, entitled "If You Die in Three Days, I Will Die in Four."
