Pico

Scott was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. He wrote his first Children's story in the mid-1980s called "Joey's Big Day" which he forgot about as he pursued a degree and career as and engineer. After having three children and running out of stories and things to talk about on a car drive, Scott retold the story of Joey to his daughters, Brynne and Morgan. Their interest in the story encouraged him to resurrect the tale and retitle it "Pico." This process and his creative nature sparked an interest in writing additional stories and fairy tales.
