James has been writing poetry since the age of ten. His writings have been influenced Tupac Shakur, Donald Goines, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Langston Hughes, and Gabriel Frye. His goal for his poetry is to be well recognized as the voice for the streets, for those who are unheard, and to spread his life stories to everyone. The purpose of this chapbook is too present the real to the world too give people an inside scoop on my life and the many things that runs through my head.
