Best friends Maggie Foster and Lee Menard have long dreamed of owning a bed and breakfast together. Another guest disappears, and the reclusive man is seen hovering around the cliff, raising everyone's suspicions. Shadows come alive and activity ramp up. Will the friends survive to enjoy their dream? Or will the reputed curse on Cliffside Manor claim them all?
