The city is a blaze as tension is high and one officer's experience becomes that of an African American caught between the Oath of his duty to uphold Justice for America and following his heart in love for his people. Thus leaving him at odds with the African American community and being judged on the basis of simply being "BLACK" in the eyes of his fellow officers. Never quite fitting in on either side he must walk the thin line of love, hate and justice as a casualty of love. Meanwhile wind blown infernos of scandal causes tension to spark the inevitable confrontation of stimulation and vengeance to flame.
