Moses meets God as the burning bush and God begins to give Moses instructions. After Moses receives the instructions he asks God, "Who do I say sent me." God's reply to him was "I am, that I am." Some have interpreted this to mean, "I am whatever you need me to be." However, what God really did was give us a formula for bringing whatever it is that we need into manifestation.
