She has painted over five thousand works of art, in oils, watercolors, and on porcelain. Marianne taught china painting for almost nine years. Her education was received through the Art Institute of Chicago, seminars and numerous art classes. Among her awards are seventy-seven ribbons; one was from Disney Festival of The Masters, Orlando, Florida.
