Leon "Ship" Shipley is a regular guy who works hard in a manufacturing plant in Mississippi and could be found drinking anything but alcohol in the local tavern on occasion. His life is pretty predictable in small-town Como, Mississippi, until he meets India, a beautiful, woman from Pascagoula, Mississippi who is in town for college and soon finds the company of Leon to be enjoyable and engaging.
