The last third of the book focuses on foreign relations and how Cordell Hull, the Secretary of State, and Roosevelt handled the rising threats of Germany, Japan, and Italy. - Mike Donovan is a stand-up comedian at night and a writer by day. He blends the two in his history books, but the jokes don't upstage the basic drive to always be informative. - This book is rated G.
