Can you relate? You find yourself on your bathroom floor crying because life, or someone in it, has hurt you, or disappointed you beyond repair? Have you ever felt lost, like life has no meaning? After years of secretly suffering inside, I experienced a heartbreak that seemed so devastating, I decided that I would be much better off to take myself out. At that point, I had a choice: to go through with taking my own life or to take back control of my life and only do what makes me happy, instead of trying to please others.That was just the beginning. There was work to be done, on me. I tried therapy, hospitalization, medication, relationships, sex, drugs, alcohol; none of those things gave me any long-term relief from my deep sadness and pain. I started searching for alternative solutions. As I seached and applied what I learned, I began to learn the root causes of all my hurt and pain.The more I used the information I found, the more I was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
