Popfly is Microsoft's entry into the burgeoning mashup space. It is a visual, rapid development tool that anyone--designers or developers-- can use without requiring any knowledge of code. By simply dragging out "blocks" that represent services such as Flickr onto your workspace and then drawing connection lines between them, users can create a mashup.
