The author and his son, Tyler, enjoy racing their cars at pinewood derbies in Woodstock, Georgia; and in Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, and Jacksonville, Florida. Reinke is the founder of the Continuous Improvement Institute, Executive Partner/President of the PCR Group, LLC, and was recently an Executive Director at Kaplan Higher Education.
