Throughout our lives we make choices. Some are good, some are bad and some we make because there just seems to be no alternative. This book, FROM ME TO WE, is about making the choice to go on after the loss of a loved one. In my first book, FROM WE TO ME, written in 2013, I write letters to my friend after the loss of her husband. I shared my first year of being a widow with her as the weeks of her first year passed. That initial book helped so many that writing my second book seemed like a natural next step. In FROM ME TO WE, you will read about the transition I made as I moved into the social world again - but as a Single. I share the decisions I made to step out with girlfriends, to attend Singles activities and to eventually meet my second husband, Jack, on a New Year's Eve cruise! My hope for you is that my stories will enlighten you and lighten you. You will share my struggles and mistakes and my sense of humor as I entered the social scene once more.
