His Vision

Brother Cavin "Kevin" O'ferral was born again on September 15, 1997 in the hole at Wasco State Prison in California. He was sentenced under California's "Three strikes and you're out" law, which calls for twenty five years to life sentence for any third felony conviction (nonviolent/nonserious or violent/serious). Brother Cavin O'ferral had been arrested for a possession of a ten dollars' worth of rock cocaine in his pocket on January 1, 1995. He had previously been arrested for robberies and burglaries for which he served his time. He is a father of 7 grown kids and grandfather of 13 grandchildren. He is an ex-gang member from the Altadena Blocc Crips, and his gang name was Jim Jones, which are both used in the book "His Vision". The Lord had California's three strikes and you're out law revised by the voters and brother Cavin O'Ferral was released from prison. He is 57 years old and will continue to work toward bringing all gangbangers to the Lord. He has never been to college. He received his GED at Soledad prison in 1990. He gives God all the glory for writing this book through him.
