This small book of short pieces of mere sixteen poems contains a huge part of my life. This book is about all of the people struggling with mental health issues. The poems convey the various emotions and phases that we have to go through while dealing with either anxiety or depression or any other mental health issue. You may relate to it, you might get triggered by it but all of this in the end only makes us stronger. I wrote this short book of poems because I've been through it too and I know how hard it is to have a breakdown and lift yourself up again and to not give up. Always remember, you're not alone. You're loved. You matter.
