Fraidy Brady is excited. His favorite night of the year has arrived-Halloween!

But as soon as Fraidy Brady runs into Henri Housecat and his gang on the way to school, he knows it's going to be a bad day. First, Henri squashes his lunch. Then he is chosen as the special helper for the class. And he and his friends make fun of everything Brady does! How's a little cat supposed to stand up to such a bully?

But when Henri finds himself in trouble, will the bully finally get what he deserves, or will Brady find a way to save the day?
