Bill received Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord in October of 1976 and began full time ministry in 1987. In 2003 he received a Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Midwest Theological Seminary in Sikeston, Missouri. Bill is ordained with American Mission Teams in Norris City, Illinois. Bill has served as pastor of churches in Illinois, California, and Texas along with traveling to foreign countries to preach and teach God's Word. Bill was instrumental in establishing and networking several Bible Institutes and raised finances for construction projects in Central America. From December 2009 to July 2021 Bill served as the Protestant Chaplain at Chuckawalla Valley State Prison in Blythe, California.
