Protecting Abortion Access: The Experiences of Clinic Volunteers From Roe to Dobbs

This qualitative study explores the challenges and motivation of abortion clinic escorts across the country both pre and post-Dobbs. The author examines the impact of increasing abortion restrictions, lack of police support, massive clinic closures, and upticks in anti-abortion protests on the clinic escorts' ability to ensure patient safety.
