If you are able to see your blessings, you value them even more. When you say thank you, make yourself a willing recipient for more blessings. If you have trouble seeing the good and the bad in your experiences, then write about them. Writing gives you a bird's eye view of how your day went. It allows you to pick up lessons you missed during the actual experience.
