A young PhD computer savant, Dr. Myron Whittleman, develops the world's first Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) computer with mental capacities far exceeding human brains. After receiving threats on his life, Whittleman seeks the help of Hokee, a shaman, to perform a vision quest for guidance. This simple request threatens both lives in ways neither foresaw. Others, including the Chinese government, are intent on owning Whittleman's development, however the Chinese will kill in order to own the technology and eliminate any opposition. The war starts when they fire-bomb Hokee's house with him inside. It is up to a warrior shaman, like Hokee Wolf, to help Whittleman prevent the unscrupulous use of A.I. to rule humans.
