Ann-Marie Armistead is a third-class passenger on her way to a better life, or what she hoped for her sake would have been a better life. She was 18 years old and orphaned at the age of 10. Ann-Marie is 5 feet and 5 inches tall and has the prettiest silver hair that she has had since she was about 5 years old. She is the only child that survived the devastation of her childhood home. She became a third-class passenger when her childhood home burned and killed her parents and her brothers and sisters. She was the baby of the family and loved it, but she also got the same amount of attention that her other siblings got. She has always dreamed of what it would be like to cross the Atlantic Ocean and see America. She loved her home country, but she was sick and tired of being treated like a slave in the orphanage that she was at and she was ready to get out of there. The headmistress of the orphanage had won a ticket onto the Titanic, but couldn't sail on it, so she handed the ticket to Ann-Marie. The Titanic sank the night of her 19th birthday, which is April 14, 1894. She was not able to get into a lifeboat since she was a third-class passenger and was not able to get to the deck. She was finally able to get to the deck and to the back of the boat, but it was too late, and all the lifeboats are gone. She does go down with the ship but does not survive the icy water of the Atlantic Ocean.
